The BLE (Bluetooth Low-Energy) Data Logger board stores tag IDs and Diagnostics data (status reports) recieved in real-time to it's internal flash memory with a date and time stamp. It provides an access to the data and to the reader via Bluetooth wireless communication.
The accessory boards add functionality to the IS1001 reader. Typically used in standalone or synchronized system configurations, accessory boards expand the communication capability of individual IS1001 readers.
The Data Logger board stores real-time data on an external USB flash drive. It also provides the ability to access data locally or remotely via the on-board RS-232 port. This board also contains status LEDs, a buzzer, and a reset button.
The DOP (Data-Over-Power) board allows for IS1001 readers to be configured in a "star" configuration as opposed to a "network" configuration used with CAN Bus cable. The star configurtation is convenient if more that two locations need to be monitored.
The Environmental Probe Interface Board provides connectivity and data logging capabilities for the Campbell Scientific 109 Temperature Probe, CS450 and CS451 pressure temperature probe. Can be used with any Biomark monitoring system.
The Global Pocket Reader Plus (GPR Plus) is a lightweight hand-held PIT tag reader that provides simple one button operation and wireless communication via its integrated Bluetooth® module. The reader conforms to the technical specifications of ISO Standards 11784 and 11785 and reads all Biomark tags, FDX-B ISO, BioTherm13, HDX ISO, and FDX-A PIT tags.
The HPR Lite is the latest new reader release from Biomark. The HPR Lite is a lightweight, handheld tag reader for intended use with animal tags. The reader has been designed specifically for use in fish and wildlife research applications. Using our knowledge gained through research and testing, and years of customer feedback and company experience, Biomark designed this reader from the ground up to be the best field handheld reader available today.
Biomark developed the robust HPR Plus reader from the ground up to incorporate features gleaned from feedback from the fish and wildlife community and our own Biological Services Department. The reader provides detection of ISO 11784/11785 FDX‐B and HDX PIT tags and is waterproof.
The Multiplexing Transceiver System (MTS) is Biomark’s newest stationary reader platform. The MTS consists of a Master Controller (MC) and up to 12 IS1001 readers. The MC acts as the command, control, and data collection center for the PIT-tag monitoring system. It directs each IS1001 to activate its antenna and send stored tag IDs and diagnostic information. Power and communication transfers between IS1001 and MC via CAN (Controller Area Network) bus cable.
The IS1001 is a high performance reader designed for applications requiring low power consumption and high adaptability to environmental changes. Its powerful antenna circuitry is capable of operating a large, low inductance antenna. The IS1001 operates in standalone or synchronized system configurations without the need for a MC. This adaptable functionality makes the IS1001 ideal for small-scale monitoring systems, requiring one or two antennas. For applications requiring multiple antennas, use the IS1001 with an MC in an MTS configuration.
