Installation Services
We install PIT tag monitoring systems in caves, forests, rivers, dams, hatcheries, and bypass channels around the world. We arrive onsite equipped with the necessary equipment and staff to complete the installation, or provide a list of essential equipment for installs outside of the US. Our install staff complete every job with thorough testing and deliver training for key employees.
After Sales Support
The After Sales Support team at Merck Animal Health is highly experienced with all components of our PIT tag detection monitoring systems, and in many instances have been directly involved in the development of tools to ensure consistent system operation. Technical support is provided remotely by working with the end-user or via our BioStat application. We can also provide contracted services on an ongoing basis for system sites to provide data collection, data delivery, direct troubleshooting and issue resolution. Our goal is to make sure Biomark PIT tag detection systems perform optimally.
